Private Meeting Room
We heard you and are now offering a huge cost savings this year on private meeting rooms! A limited number of private meeting rooms (ranging in size) are located in the convention center. October 17, 18, & 19; three-day rental during IEC. Cost is $5,000 (exhibitors) & $10,000 (non-exhibitors) for three days. Note that these rooms are not intended for large group events during Rubber Division, ACS hosted event hours: October 17; 10 a.m. - 7 p.m., October 18; 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. and October 19; 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.
