RESTAURANT ATTENDEES
  • This registration type is available to a direct employee of a restaurant brand, grocery store, gas station/c-store, hotel/casino or qualifying entity with three or more locations.
  • This registration type is open to facility management professionals (whose primary responsibilities are to direct, manage and/or coordinate restaurant facility maintenance, construction, repair and capital improvements) and to restaurant professionals whose department(s) collaborate, partner and engage with facilities. Departments include: capital projects, construction, development, design, engineering, operations, project management, purchasing/sourcing, real estate and sustainability.
  • Full-time employment will be verified as non-member registrants in this registration category. If a registrant qualifies for this registration type, they will be approved.
  • All registrations in this category are reviewed and matched to a RFMA membership if applicable. 
  • Falsifying a restaurant attendee registration is grounds for an internal grievance review and possible penalty and could result in immediate confiscation of their registration badge and forfeiture of monies paid.
  • On-site restaurant attendee registration is only available to current RFMA restaurant members in good standing.




EXHIBITORS|BOOTH STAFF
  • Each RFMA 2026 exhibitor has one primary conference contact with login credentials to the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
  • Through the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) you will be able to register individual booth staff attendees.
  • Please contact your primary conference contact to register for RFMA 2026.
  • All attendees must be registered and wear an official conference badge and lanyard to access the exhibit floor or RFMA 2026 conference events.
  • All exhibitors are limited to the registration allotments noted in your company’s registration area in the Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC).
  • Through our official Exhibitor Badge Swap Exchange program exhibitiors can swap badges to allow different company representatives to attend. Please contact exhibitor@rfmaonline.com for more information or visit the on-site registration area at RFMA 2026 to participate.






NON-EXHIBITING VENDORS
  • As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you MAY attend the social events at RFMA 2026 including the Opening Reception, Closing Party, General Sessions, Concurrent Education Sessions and Networking Breaks.
  • As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you DO NOT have access to the Exhibit Hall or Express Exchange.
  • RFMA has a limited number of Non-Exhibiting registrations. Registrations will be accepted in the order that they are received and will close once the maximum number allowed has been reached.
  • Only two Non-Exhibiting Vendor registrations are allowed per vendor company.
