Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registration at RFMA 2026 Annual Conference

You are registering as a Non-Exhibiting Vendor for RFMA 2026.

  • As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you MAY attend the Opening Reception, Closing Party, General Sessions, Concurrent Education Sessions and Networking Breaks at RFMA 2026.
  • As a Non-Exhibiting Vendor you DO NOT have access to the Exhibit Hall or Express Exchange. 
  • RFMA has a limited number of Non-Exhibiting registrations. Registrations will be accepted in the order that they are received and will close once the maximum number allowed has been reached. 
  • Only two Non-Exhibiting Vendor registrations are allowed per vendor company.
  • On-site registration will not be available for Non-Exhibiting Vendor attendees.
