RFMy Awards presented at RFMA 2026




Recognize a RFMA peer who helps guide the way! Nominate them for a RFMy Award.

In every great adventure, there’s someone who helps guide the way— clearing the path, carrying extra weight when needed, and lifting spirits when the trail gets tough. This is your chance to nominate a RFMA member trailblazer who makes the facilities world a little less rocky.

Our 2026 RFMy awards will be presented during our RFMy Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, March 17th at RFMA 2026 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort in Denver, CO. All nominees and nominators must be RFMA members in good standing. All nominations submitted will be reviewed and voted on by RFMA's Membership committee.

Calm After the Storm Award

• This award goes to a RFMA restaurant member who demonstrated their skill, experience and leadership preparing or following a disaster-related situation in a restaurant.

The Game Changer Award

• This award goes to a RFMA vendor member who should be recognized for going above and beyond in the industry in 2025.

Marvelous Mentor Award-Restaurant

• This award goes to a RFMA restaurant member who has acted as a mentor to help develop a new industry professional.

Marvelous Mentor Award-Vendor

• This award goes to a RFMA vendor member who has acted as a mentor to help develop a new industry professional.

Rising Star Award

• This award goes to a RFMA vendor member who has had outstanding achievement while being new to their position or industry in 2025.

Rookie of the Year Award

• This award goes to a RFMA restaurant member who has had outstanding achievement while being new to their position or the restaurant facilities industry in 2025.

T.E.A.M Award

• Together. Everyone. Achieves. More. Nominate your restaurant facilities team for their achievements and collaboration in 2025. 

The Trailblazer Award

• This award goes to a RFMA restaurant member who is blazing who goes above and beyond to make the journey smoother for everyone around them.has "thought outside the box" and created an innovative new initiative at their company.
