Register

  • Early bird registration: January 15 - March 18, 2018 and costs $450. 

  • Regular registration: March 19 - April 16, 2018 and costs $600.

  • Registration closes on April 16, 2018. 

Registration is limited to 450 and is expected to sell out. Please register early to guarantee your spot. 

The conference is open to anyone interested in accelerating progress on biking in their community. It will be particularly helpful to communities that send delegations of changemakers ready to roll up their sleeves and work as teams. The arc of local leaders who will find the conference valuable includes mayors, elected officials and city staff, community and business leaders, local funders, bike retailers, and advocates.

Mayors and elected officials are invited to register for free if at least four others from the same delegation/city register. Please contact Morgan Lommele, Conference Director, at morgan@peopleforbikes.org for more information. 

Bicycle retailers are also invited to register for free. Please contact Morgan Lommele, Conference Director, at morgan@peopleforbikes.org for more information. 

Conference registration includes: 

  • Keynote speakers, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, workshops, bike ride, and all other conference activities.

  • Tuesday reception happy hour; Wednesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Thursday breakfast, lunch, and happy hour; snacks and refreshments. 

Cancellation policy: Once registration is complete, tickets are non-refundable. In the event of canceled registration, a ticket may be reallocated to another person. If you have any registration questions, please contact Morgan Lommele, Conference Director, at morgan@peopleforbikes.org.
