  • Early bird registration: January 17 - March 3, 2017 and costs $450. 

  • Regular registration: March 4 - June 2 and costs $550.

  • Registration closes on June 2, 2017. We are able to accomodate late registrations - please email morgan [at] peopleforbikes.org first. 

The conference is open to anyone interested in accelerating progress on biking in their community. It will be particularly helpful to communities that send delegations of changemakers ready to roll up their sleeves and work as teams. The arc of local leaders who will find the conference valuable includes mayors, elected officials and city staff, community and business leaders, local funders, bike retailers, and advocates.

Mayors and elected officials are invited to register for free if at least four others from the same delegation/city register, using the promotion code "OfficialComp" on this page.

Conference registration includes: 

  • Keynote speakers, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, workshops, bike ride, morning yoga and guided walks, and all other conference activities.

  • Wednesday happy hour; Thursday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Friday breakfast and optional boxed lunch if you are participating in the Trek HQ factory tour (limited to 80 participants); and all snacks and refreshments.
