Group Registration

This form should be filled out by the GROUP LEADER for the entire group.

Please be prepared to:

1. Specify the TOTAL number of participant tickets required for your group.
   • Participants Include:
     • The Group Leader
     • Chaperones
     • Young Adults & Teens
     • Priests & Bishops

Make sure to include the on-site Group Leader in your participant ticket count!

**St. Paul is currently on a waitlist. To be added to the waitlist please complete this registration. No payment will be due at the end of registration and your group will be categorized as "PENDING". You will get a phone call from us if space opens up in the conference, and then your deposit will be due within 2 weeks. 

2. Make payment for all tickets on behalf of your group.
   • A $50 per ticket deposit is required once you're officially off the waitlsit. You can send a check NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS FROM the date you hear from us to avoid cancellation.
   • Individual participants cannot be registered until the group deposit is received (Refer to the 2024 Registration and Payment Policies for complete details.)

3. Share Registration code with participants.
   • Upon approval, you will receive an email with a participant code. Participants will need this code to complete their individual registration. (You can also register participants on their behalf.)
