This form must be completed by the GROUP LEADER on behalf of the group. You must be prepared to indicate the number of participant tickets needed for your group. Participants include: Group Leaders, Chaperones, Young Adults, Teens, Bishops and Priests. Please include the on-site Group Leader in your participant ticket count.
You will be required to handle payment for all tickets on your group’s behalf. A $50 per ticket deposit is required to approve the group registration and can be paid by credit card in the final step, or by check NO LATER THAN 2 WEEKS FROM the date of registration to avoid cancellation. You will be unable to register individual participants with your group until the deposit is received. (Please see 2020 Registration and Payment Policies for complete details).
When your group has been approved, you will be emailed a code to distribute to any participants who wish to register themselves. They will need this code to complete their individual registration. You will also have the ability to register your participants on their behalf.
