NENA 2024 Conference & Expo will take place at the Gaylord Palms Convention Center located at 6000 West Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34746.

The NENA 2024 call for presentations is now closed, but submissions sent to Lisa Fulton, ENP at lfulton@nena.org will be reviewed and considered by the Conference Team.

Group membership vouchers are good towards Regular/Standard rates only (beginning April 27). Vouchers are not eligible for use with Early Bird or Super Saver rates. Only one voucher may be used per registrant.

Redeem your voucher online with online event registration by entering the voucher’s unique verification code in the Promotional Code or Discount Code box and apply it to your balance before completing the checkout process.

Parking at the Convention Center
The parking options at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center are:
On-Site Parking: Daily: $38
Valet: Daily: $50
Electric Car Charging Station
Parking fees do not include tax, which is additional: In/out privileges for overnight guests only; Day guests per entry.

The Guest registration is limited to those who qualify to attend the Conference in a social capacity only, such as spouses or family members. It does not include access to the breakout sessions, any conference credits, or other conference activities for industry professionals. All guest registrations will be reviewed by the NENA registration team.

 

Guest registration includes the Saturday Kick-Off Celebration, Sunday Opening Keynote, Expo Hall Access, 1 Guest Tour, and Wednesday Closing Celebration.
