This session is geared towards mid-to-senior level management professional women attending the conference. The discussions will focus on how being innovative helped our panelists achieve career success at the Bank, and how they continue to be innovative and stay relevant in an ever-changing market and industry.

The past. How is it that it can be a source of inspiration and insecurity at the same time? How is it that it both propels and pushes down? Moreover, why is it that some reflect with feelings of nostalgia and others with nausea? In a word, it is perspective. One thing though is sure, it is almost impossible to move forward while looking backward no matter how one views the past.

In this time travel session, we will visit the past, present and future- with emphasis on how to position and purpose the P.A.S.T (Pain, Achievement, Stories, and Time) in the personal and professional arenas of your life so it is a benefit rather than a barrier to success. We will also engage in conversation about how to value the past without becoming so entrenched in it that your ability to maximize your leadership potential in and out of the workplace is stifled. We’ll examine how you handle your past and whether you think it adds or detracts from the value of your relationships, whether it’s work related or your personal circle.
