All of the room rates for all room types listed above will incur a $30 per night Resort Fee plus 13.38% State and Local tax per night.

Standard Rooms

• $214 – Standard Room with One (1) King or Two (2) Queen Beds, Single or Double Occupancy
• $249 – Triple Occupancy
• $284 – Quad Occupancy

• High Speed Internet Access (in Guest Rooms and Public Areas)
• 24 Hour Fitness Center Access
• Unlimited local, toll free and domestic long distance telephone calls (all 50 states)
• Tennis Court Access (Based on Availability)

NABA’s Group Rate is available through Friday, May 17, 2019 OR until the room block is filled, which may occur before this date.

No more than two (2) sleeping rooms can be reserved by one individual, using the same name. This policy is strictly enforced by the hotel, with the full support of NABA Leadership. The hotel room reservations list will be closely monitored to ensure that individual attendees do not reserve more than two reservations by providing variations of the same name.

A non-refundable first night’s room rate + tax deposit per reservation is required at the time the reservation is made. (no resort fee included in this deposit)

All credit cards used for the first night’s deposit will be charged immediately at the time of reservation.

Attendees are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations, unless your reservation is to be included within a NABA Corporate Partner room block.

Group block reservations of 10 sleeping rooms or more can also be reserved starting Monday, December 3, 2018. Should you request a group room block, the completion of a sub-block contract with the hotel will be required.
