Women of NABA Network
NABA developed the Women of NABA Network program (WONN) to promote the professional and personal development of our female members. These special events are developed to equip women with the tools needed to reach their ultimate goals, while navigating the challenges of being a professional woman in today's workplace. Each year at the convention, NABA collaborates with corporate partners like State Street, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo to provide programming and professional development tailored for women, divided into two professional tracks:
- Management (up to 15 years of professional experience)
- Executive (15+ years of professional experience)

Excellence and Equity: 50 Years of Leadership on the Front Lines
Sponsored by: State Street
Saturday, June 22, 2019
11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. (Invite Only)
Black women are the unsung heroes of American prosperity, often putting forth monumental efforts to push society forward while receiving less than their fair share of credit and equity. As part of the NABA 50th Anniversary celebration during the 2019 NABA Convention and Expo, black women will be recognized for their work on the front lines of the accounting and finance profession, not only helping to revolutionize the field, but simultaneously transforming society through leadership in their communities and families.
