Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Cancellations must be received by Tuesday, May 31, 2018, no later than 5:00pm EST and will incur a $150 fee. Refunds will not be issued to non-attendees nor cancellations made after May 31, 2018 for any reason. NO EXCEPTIONS. A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by contacting member services at memberservices@nabainc.org and will incur a $25 fee. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
