It has come to our attention that unauthorized companies are contacting MSA FORWARD attendees, speakers, and exhibitors, falsely claiming to sell attendee lists. Please be aware:

• MSA does not sell or rent attendee email addresses.
• No third party is authorized to distribute or sell our attendee lists.
• Legitimate attendee information is only available in real-time through the official service centers, accessible after registration.

How did they get your email?
Scammers often use software to scrape publicly available email addresses from websites. If you receive such emails, do not respond. Even unsubscribing can confirm your email is active and lead to more spam.
 

Hotel Booking Alert: Beware of Fraud

Our housing partner, IMN Solutions, is the only official housing provider for MSA FORWARD 2026. Beware of unauthorized companies offering discounted hotel rates. These scams have resulted in:

• Lost deposits
• Last-minute relocations
• Invalid or missing reservations

Important Reminder:
Please be cautious of unauthorized housing companies or third parties claiming to represent MSA FORWARD. IMN Solutions is the only authorized housing provider. MSA will only share hotel reservation links in your registration confirmation email.
