This session will explain how to make the most out of the conference. Get practical tips, advice, and answers to all your questions.

"Know-Before-You-Go" webinar will include: Sessions not to miss, types of vendors that will be in the expo hall, networking opportunities, an overview of educational sessions, bootcamp and excursions.

TIPS FOR FIRST TIME ATTENDEES

• Pick up your badge at the registration desk early. Check the back of your badge for all your extra ticketed items. Your badge will be scanned throughout the event.
• Pick up your SWAG BAG!
• Attend the Newcomer’s Orientation, Tuesday, May 20, 2026 at 5pm (location Room 121C)
• Attend the MSA NEXT PARTY – make sure you have a ticket to this event on your badge.
• Download the mobile app. This will keep you updated on everything MSA FORWARD.
• Attend your Chapter Meeting on Wednesday morning starting at 8:30 am
• The HUB in the Expo is a great space to network or take a break.
• Pro Tip: If a session is particularly important to you, arrive EARLY! Some rooms will reach capacity quickly and seating can become limited.
• Get a good idea of all the MSA VENDORS that will be exhibiting at MSA FORWARD – start planning your booth visits.
