NOTE: Many hotels have limited availability Monday and Tuesday. You may have to alter your travel days to book your stay.
- You must make your hotel reservation by April 27 through the link provided to take advantage of our special rates. (After April 27 you can still go through this link but the negotiated rate may not be available).
- Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served, basis and as long as there is space available. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice
- REMINDER - when making reservations you are selecting nights you will need accommodations. Your last reservation night should be the night BEFORE you depart. Example: If you are departing Friday you only need to book through Thursday night. If you are leaving Saturday evening then you will need a room through Friday night.
