EXHIBITORS also have the option to purchase a BOOTH Package (from MSA NOT through FREEMAN):

  • The table package will ONLY be available for a limited time.  
  • The package includes 1 - 6 foot table (skirted in black), 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. The package cannot be customized. The package is offered from MSA at our show management/discounted price (MSA orders for you from Freeman) of $175 
  • (Offer Expires April 17, 2026).
  • This package can not be customoized.

All tote bag inserts MUST Arrive in Philadelphia no later than - FRIDAY, MAY 15.
Bags will be Stuffed on  Monday, May 18.  If your item has not arrived it will not be included. 
Items must be small (8.5 x 11 or smaller) and lightweight (less than 8 ounces)  

Items MUST be shipped.  We can not wait for you to deliver onsite.

  1. MSA will never call you regarding hotels or attendee lists. No hotel or housing company is authorized to contact you on our behalf.
  2. Official communications about the MSA Show in May will only come from:
    • Events@museumstoreassociation.org
    • Expo@museumstoreassociation.org
  3. Hotel information and booking links are shared exclusively with registered attendees. Registration for badges/attendees will not open until January.
  4. We do not sell attendee lists. Exhibitors will have access to attendee information in real time through the Exhibitor Service Center once registration opens in January.
If you have responded to any suspicious calls or believe you may have been affected, and provided any financial information, please contact your credit card company immediately.
MSA is committed to protecting your information, but scammers continue to find new ways to target exhibitors. Please take extra care and verify the legitimacy of all communications.

ALL EXHIBIT BOOTH REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:
  • One (1) full conference registration for staff, (plus one additional registration for booths larger than 50 sq ft). Additional full conference registrations for booth staff are available for $250 each.
  • An 8’ high BLACK back and side drape (side drapes are not provided for end cap booths) ALL DRAPE NO HARD WALLS
  • ID sign
  • Company profile listing in the expo mobile app
  • Recognition in the program book
  • Listing on the event website linked to company URL
  • Pre and post expo attendee list
  • Exhibitor ribbons for staff


The full attendee list will be sent to exhibitors 2 weeks prior to the event.  

Once you have registered for a BADGE - You can also view the Attendee List in the
attendee service center anytime and on the Mobile App once it is live.


Registered booth personnel (BOOTH STAFF/BADGE Registration required) can attend all non-ticketed education sessions and all MSA networking events and parties. Tickets to the educational excursions have an additional fee, and can be purchased at the MSA Registration Desk.

Hotel Information

MSA/AAM have negotiated hotel rates at many hotels within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.

To help eliminate spam calls nd emails selling fraudulent reservations, this year the hotel links will only be available in the attendee service center. You will have full access once you have completed your BOOTH STAFF conference registration.
  • You must make your hotel reservation by April 1 through the link provided to take advantage of our special rates. (After April 1 you can still go through this link but the negotiated rate may not be available).
  • Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served, basis and as long as there is space available. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice
  • REMINDER - when making reservations you are selecting nights you will need accommodations.  Your last reservation night should be the night BEFORE you depart. Example: If you are departing Friday you only need to book through Thursday night. If you are leaving Saturday evening then you will need a room through Friday night. 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not make any reservations through any unknown housing or travel company.  The MSA host hotel, or any in Philidelphia hotel we negotiated with, will NEVER CALL YOU or reach out via email.  ALL Host hotel information will ONLY come from MSA EVENTS, MSA EXPO or links on this website. 
Beware of these scams: Reservations made by these unaffiliated groups may appear to offer lower rates but they may also be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable.
