Accessibility and Accommodations

Accessibility and logistical information for the Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC)

The Pennsylvania Convention Center is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible environment for all attendees and is fully compliant with ADA standards. Elevators and accessible restrooms are available throughout the building, and MSA, AAM staff and Annual Meeting Volunteers will be on site to assist you as needed. Venue maps and will be available in the 2026 MSA FORWARD mobile app or on the Pennsylvania Convention Center website.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available in public lobby areas.
Session Rooms - Please notify a session room monitor if you require a seat close to the front of the room and none are available and they will assist.

Mobility Equipment

The Pennsylvania Convention Center permits the use of wheelchairs and mobility scooters throughout the facility. While a few scooters are available at the PCC on a first-come basis, we recommend reserving your equipment in advance through Scootaround. Scooters can be delivered to the PCC or a hotel. Please call 1-888-441-7575 to reserve your mobility equipment and arrange a pick-up/drop-off location.

Parking

While the PCC does not have its own dedicated parking, several parking facilities are located near the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Learn more at PCC Parking.

Lactation Room

Two "Mamava” lactation pods will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The units are self-contained, mobile pods with comfortable benches, an electrical outlet, and a door that can be locked for privacy. The 4-foot by 8-foot pod is meant for individual use, but can fit more than one person, including mothers with infants, breast pumps, or luggage. One is positioned near the Concierge Desk on the Convention Center’s second level between Halls A and B, and a second unit is located on the street level on the Broad and Arch Concourse.

Gender-Neutral Restrooms

Gender-neutral restrooms are available at select locations within the Pennsylvania Convention Center. These locations will be identified in on-site signage.

Dietary Needs

All food service providers and hosted events have been asked to clearly label food items and communicate dietary and allergen information. If you have questions about food offerings, please speak with an MSA staff member, volunteer, or venue staff.

Quiet/Prayer Room

Room 100B is designated as a quiet space intended for prayer, sensory reset, or simply to find a peaceful moment away from stimulation. This room offers a calm environment for attendees who need to unplug, reflect, or recharge. Please note that this space is not intended for working, conversations, or any activities that may disturb others seeking tranquility.
