MSA FORWARD EXHIBITOR FAQ
Please check this page frequently as new items will be added as needed

These two events are being held in the same convention center, and registered attendees of either conference are welcome to visit both MSA and AAM booths in the shared Expo Hall space. MSA FORWARD registered attendees may also attend the AAM General Session and keynote presentations at no added cost.

All tote bag inserts MUST Arrive in Los Angeles no later than - FRIDAY, MAY 2.
Bags will be Stuffed on Sunday, May 4.  If your item has not arrived it wil not be included. 
Items must be small (8.5 x 11 or smaller) and lightweight (less than 8 ounces)  

Items MUST be shipped.  We can not wait for you to deliver onsite.

Warehouse shipping information

  • Ship early to avoid delays and save money.
  • Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded material beginning April 07, 2025 at the above address.
  • Material arriving after April 29, 2025 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge.
  • Please note that the Freeman Warehouse does not accept uncrated freight (loose, pad-wrapped material and/or unskidded machinery), COD shipments, hazardous materials, freight requiring refrigerated or frozen storage, a single piece of freight weighing more than 5,000 pounds or a single piece of freight beyond the dimensions of 108"H x 93"W.
  • Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

  • The table package will ONLY be available for a limited time.  The package includes 1 - 6 foot table (skirted in black), 2 chairs and 1 wastebasket. The package cannot be customized. ALL EXHIBIT BOOTH REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE:

  • One (1) full conference registration for staff, (plus one additional registration for booths larger than 50 sq ft). Additional full conference registrations for booth staff are available for $220 each Before March 11 ($230 after March 11).

  • An 8’ high black back and side drape (side drapes are not provided for end cap booths)

  • ID sign

  • Company profile listing in the expo mobile app

  • Recognition in the program book

  • Listing on the event website linked to company URL

  • Pre and post expo attendee list

  • Exhibitor ribbons for staff


The full attendee list will be sent to exhibitors 2-3 weeks prior to the event.

Hotel Information

MSA/AAM have negotiated hotel rates at many hotels within walking distance of the Los Angeles Convention Center.

To help eliminate spam calls nd emails selling fraudulent reservations, this year the hotel links will only be available in the attendee service center. You will have full access once you have completed your BOOTH STAFF conference registration.

 

  • You must make your hotel reservation by April 10 through the link provided to take advantage of our special rates. (After April 10 you can still go through this link but the negotiated rate may not be available).
  • Hotel reservations are on a first-come, first-served, basis and as long as there is space available. Submit your reservation request as soon as possible to guarantee your hotel choice
  • REMINDER - when making reservations you are selecting nights you will need accommodations.  Your last reservation night should be the night BEFORE you depart. Example: If you are departing Friday you only need to book through Thursday night. If you are leaving Saturday evening then you will need a room through Friday night. 
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not make any reservations through any unknown housing or travel company.  The MSA host hotel, or any in LA we negotiated with, will NEVER CALL YOU or reach out via email.  ALL Host hotel information will ONLY come from MSA EVENTS, MSA EXPO or links on this website. 

Beware of these scams: Reservations made by these unaffiliated groups may appear to offer lower rates but they may also be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancelation or change penalties, or be completely nonrefundable.


SPIN TO WIN! RAFFLE INSTRUCTIONS

VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1 – You will find about 20 raffle tickets in your booth. (More tickets are always available at

the Hub!)

• Step 2 – Write Your Company Name and Booth Number in the designated space on each

ticket (suggestion—do this before the Floor opens).

• Step 3 – Each order by a buyer earns 1 ticket for the buyer. One order = One Ticket. If a buyer

places additional orders during the Conference, then each subsequent order receives 1 ticket.

INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS

• Step 1 – Once you place an order, you will receive 1 raffle ticket from the vendor.

• Step 2 – Upon receiving the raffle ticket, please write the following on the ticket:

• Your Institution’s Name

• Your Name

• Step 3 – After receiving your ticket for each order, at your convenience come to the Hub and

deposit your ticket(s) in the raffle drum. The raffle drum will be located in the Hub.

Increase your chances of winning: deposit your tickets in the raffle drum each hour.

“SMALL PRINT”

• Winning ticket is removed from the raffle drum after each announcement. But you can win

more than once over the course of the day and Conference.

• Following 2 days of raffle drawings – All tickets that have already been drawn will all be

placed back in the drum for the Grand Drawing at the Happy Hour.

• If an AAM member orders in Los Angeles with an MSA vendor, that individual can participate in

the cash raffle drawing – but not the Grand Prize drawing.

• Prizes are not transferable. Grand Prizes have no cash value.
