MSA FORWARD registered attendees may also attend the AAM General Session and keynote presentations at no added cost.

SPIN TO WIN! RAFFLE INSTRUCTIONS VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS • Step 1 – You will find about 20 raffle tickets in your booth. (More tickets are always available at the Hub!) • Step 2 – Write Your Company Name and Booth Number in the designated space on each ticket (suggestion—do this before the Floor opens). • Step 3 – Each order by a buyer earns 1 ticket for the buyer. One order = One Ticket. If a buyer places additional orders during the Conference, then each subsequent order receives 1 ticket. INSTITUTIONAL MEMBER INSTRUCTIONS • Step 1 – Once you place an order, you will receive 1 raffle ticket from the vendor. • Step 2 – Upon receiving the raffle ticket, please write the following on the ticket: • Your Institution’s Name • Your Name • Step 3 – After receiving your ticket for each order, at your convenience come to the Hub and deposit your ticket(s) in the raffle drum. The raffle drum will be located in the Hub. Increase your chances of winning: deposit your tickets in the raffle drum each hour. RAFFLE SCHEDULE • Daily Time Frame May 7 Raffle Drawing (EST): 12PM / 1PM / 2PM / 3PM / 4PM (Total 5) May 8 Raffle Drawing (EST): 10AM / 11AM / 12PM / 1PM / 2PM / 3PM / 4PM (Total 7) • Grand Prizes Announced: Closing Happy Hour PRIZES! • 12 raffle drawings during Expo Hours – Each drawing awards $50. • 1 Grand Prize for buyers – Prize: Full Conference Registration 2026 • 1 Grand Prize for the vendor listed on the buyer’s Grand Prize ticket – Prize: $500 off 2026 MSA Forward Booth. “SMALL PRINT” • Winning ticket is removed from the raffle drum after each announcement. But you can win more than once over the course of the day and Conference. • Following 2 days of raffle drawings – All tickets that have already been drawn will all be placed back in the drum for the Grand Drawing at the Happy Hour. • If an AAM member orders in Los Angeles with an MSA vendor, that individual can participate in the cash raffle drawing – but not the Grand Prize drawing. • Prizes are not transferable. Grand Prizes have no cash value. |
