MSA FORWARD EXHIBITOR FAQ

WHAT DOES IT MEAN THAT MSA FORWARD IS CO-LOCATED WITH THE AMERICIAN ALLIANCE OF MUSEUMS(AAM) ANNUAL MEETING & MUSEUMEXPO? These two events are being held in the same convention center, and registered attendees of either conference are welcome to visit both MSA and AAM booths in the shared Expo Hall space. MSA FORWARD registered attendees may also attend the AAM General Session and keynote presentations at no added cost.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN BOOTH/EXPO REGISTRATION FEE? ALL EXHIBIT BOOTH REGISTRATIONS INCLUDE: One (1) full conference registration for staff, (plus one additional registration for booths larger than 50 sq ft). Additional full conference registrations for booth staff are available for $215 each. An 8’ high black back and side drape (side drapes are not provided for end cap booths) ID sign Company profile listing in the expo mobile app Recognition in the program book Listing on the event website linked to company URL Pre and post expo attendee list Exhibitor ribbons for staff
WHEN DO I GET AN ATTENDEE LIST? The attendee list will be sent to exhibitors 2-3 weeks prior to the event. You can also view the Attendee List in the exhibitor service center and on the Mobile App once it is live.

WHAT HOTEL SHOULD I BOOK? The host hotel will be announced in mid-late November. Please continue to visit this website for informaiton. NOTE: MSA will NEVER email you information on JUST the hotel or offer special rates via email. Here are MANY email scams related to hotel reservations and booking rooms. You should ONLY book using the link that will be provided on this website.
