Member pricing eligibility is based on your membership status at the time of the event (14-16 May 2018).


To cancel your registration, please email info@merchantriskcouncil.org.

Please take note of our cancelation policy:

Full refunds, less €50.00 processing fee per registrant, will be granted to cancelations received in writing or via email up to 60 days prior to the event. Cancelations received less than 60 days and up to 30 days prior to the event are subject to a €50.00 service charge and a 50% refund. Refunds will not be given if a cancelation is less than 30 days prior to the event. Refunds will not be given to registrants that do not attend without canceling in advance (no shows). Merchant Risk Council Conference assumes no responsibility for nonrefundable airline tickets or other travel costs.

You are able to transfer, at no additional cost, your registration to another individual through the Attendee Service Center  prior to the event.  Changes requested within 14 days of the event, including onsite, will be charged €50.
