Chris Plunkett is the Director of Product Development at Creative Mobile Technologies, LLC (CMT). CMT is a provider of payment, media and ride-hailing technology for nearly 50,000 taxis. As director of product development, Mr.Plunkett leads the product team in designing new and innovative platform solutions to meet the evolving needs of taxi passengers and drivers in North American and select European markets, leading multidisciplinary teams in the design and market introduction of innovative and diverse technology solutions for the for-hire transportation and non-emergency medical/paratransit industries. These include payment processing, passenger and driver smartphone applications, and back-office management tools such as cashiering, billing, and dispatch systems. Mr. Plunkett studied at the University of Toledo in Ohio, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and E-Commerce. |
