Angie Adams is Sr. Director of Customer Care for Footlocker.com, the eCommerce division of Foot Locker, Inc. Angie has been with the company for over 24 years and has held various positions in the organization. Angie oversees the operations of two contact centers, supporting external customers and store operations through phone contacts and e-communications. In addition, Angie oversees the division's payment verification, quality assurance, workforce management, and operational support teams. Angie has been involved with fraud prevention for Footlocker.com since 2002. In her spare time, Angie enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, going on cruises and participating in running events. Angie recently completed her first New York Marathon in November 2017. |
