Fabian is an expert in scaling and managing payments business infrastructure, processes and teams. At Zalando he was responsibility for growing Zalando’s payments organisation from one country to 15, 3 employees to 90+, and transactions from from appr. €150M to over €2B. Before he built the payments department for Zalando SE, Europe’s largest fashion e-commerce he gained 5.5 years of experience in management and technology consulting with a strong focus on Process Management and SAP implementation projects in the insurance business. Since 2015 he is now responsible for the global operations in damage management at Sixt rent a car and all subsidiaries. He is also in charge for the business functions in regards to customer payments. |
