Joe Salerno is Senior Director at CyberSource. There he leads the Insights function, including the annual learning agenda, advancement of thought leadership and oversight of its customer experience management platform. With Visa since 2010, Joe has informed strategy and development for Prepaid, Credit, Debit, Visa Online, Visa Direct, Small Business, Acquirer Processing and Commercial efforts. Prior to Visa, Joe drove high-profile thought leadership initiatives at Protiviti, a consultancy specializing in risk and internal audit. Joe also worked at Tragon, a research and consulting firm specializing in consumer product optimization. His clients included Nike, Unilever, Novartis AG, Nestlé, Diageo, Colgate-Palmolive, Tetra Pak and others. Joe has a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State and an MBA from Santa Clara University. |
