Cyndi Hoddinott - Director, Global Payments & Risk, Dropbox

Cyndi Hoddinott is the Global Payments Business Manager at Dropbox, an industry leader in 200+ countries for cloud storage and file synchronization of photos, documents, videos and other files.
She joined the company in early 2018 bringing 15+ years of experience in fraud prevention and global payment acceptance. At Dropbox, she is focused on driving strategy and execution across payments, including initiatives to increase acceptance rates, maximize revenue growth and mitigate fraud.
Prior to joining Dropbox, Cyndi spent time at SurveyMonkey and ACN as the Director of Global Payments & Risk; and prior, 10 years as the Director of Global Payment Operations at Expedia.
A Pacific Northwest native, Cyndi attended Eastern Washington University where she obtained a BA in Business Administration. She later pursued and attained a Gold Belt in Lean/Six Sigma techniques. When she is not spending time championing payments, she can be found spending time with her husband Rob and 3 children Whitney, Griffin and Rece.
