Regarding the timing of online registrations, please note that, for processing purposes, American Mensa's National Office day ends at 11:59 p.m., Central time.
Please note that an 8-percent processing fee will be charged for cancellation and refund requests through June 21, 2014. Cancellation and refund requests received after that date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on circumstance and event viability.
If you need to cancel your hotel registration, please note that hotels' policies on this point differ, so please check with your hotel at your earliest convenience.
Refund requests must include the name of the cardholder; member or attendee; member number if applicable; transaction number amount and date; and the last four digits of the credit card used. Email your refund request to Membership@americanmensa.org; fax to 817-649-5232; or call 888-294-8035 ext. 199 during regular business hours. Approved refunds will be credited back to the originating credit card within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Refunds after the initial 30-day period may converted to check refunds upon proper identification.
These above policy applies to transactions conducted on behalf of American Mensa and the Mensa Education & Research Foundation, including national events, unless otherwise noted. American Mensa reserves the right to refuse refunds without proper identification.
