The LeadingAge PA 2026 Fall Finance Conference will be held at Spooky Nook in Lancaster on October 7-8!

PROPOSAL GUIDELINES

Conference Audience
This conference is geared towards professionals within the aging services field who have an interest or stake in the financial health of their organization. 

Topics
LeadingAge PA is searching for the “best of the best” presenters to engage attendees in conversations around innovative trends, issues, and solutions in relationship to finance for the long-term care sector.  

Sessions are intended to educate and therefore may not sell, promote, or pitch any specific product or service.

Submission Requirements
Submissions that are incomplete or fail to meet the following guidelines will not be considered for review:

  • All proposals must be submitted by the date of June 30, 2026.
  • Late submissions will not be considered for review. No extensions will be granted.
  • Content and speaker changes will not be accepted once a proposal has been submitted.

In order to develop a high-quality, well-balanced education program, LeadingAge PA reserves the right to limit the number of sessions an organization may provide to no more than three sessions.

Evaluation Criteria
A  task force of LeadingAge PA members, experts in the field, and association staff will review submissions using the evaluation criteria below. Priority will be given to presentations that have not been given previously. 

  • Timeliness and relevance of the topic to aging services.
  • Practical and replicable applicability of concepts for aging services providers.
  • Clarity and depth of session content and education methods that enhance the learning experience.
  • Qualifications, expertise, and experience level of speakers.
For your convenience, gather the following documentation before starting your submission:
  1. Session Title
  2. Session Narrative
  3. Three Learning Objectives - Note: Please click on this link to determine the appropriate and best action verb for each learning objective.
  4. Presentation delivery method
  5. Determine education level
  6. Contact information for each speaker – each speaker must have a unique email address
  7. Academic and professional background for each speaker to include:
    1. Highest degree earned
    2. Major/Discipline
    3. Academic Institution
    4. Year
    5. Provide a brief overview of the knowledge and professional experience related to the proposed session topic and the aging services field.
