The conference Housing is now closed (3/25/26).

For new reservations, please call The Hershey Lodge directly at 1-855-729-3108 to reserve at their best available rate.
 

For those who requested overnight stays through the conference registration process prior to March 25, your Hershey Lodge confirmation numbers were emailed to you on March 28.

After you receive your confirmation number, to modify or cancel your reservation, please call the Hershey Lodge at 1-855-729-3108. Changes/cancellations may be made up to 72 hours before your arrival date. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one-night charge plus taxes.
