The conference Housing is now closed (4/30/25).
For those who requested overnight stays through the registration process, the Hershey Lodge will email your confirmation number. To modify or cancel your reservation, please call the Hershey Lodge at 1-855-729-3108. Changes/cancellations may be made up to 72 hours before your arrival date. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one-night charge plus tax.
For new reservations, please call the Hershey Lodge directly at 1-855-729-3108 to reserve at their current rate.
