HOTEL RESERVATIONS 

As of April 19, Kalahari Resorts is sold out of single rooms.  Please visit Mt. Airy Casino Resort by clicking here.  Mt. Airy Casino Resort is just a 10-minute drive to/from Kalahari and has very nice overnight accommodations.


For those who made reservations before April 8, to modify or cancel your reservation, please call Kalahari directly at 1-877-525-2427. Changes/cancellations may be made up to 72 hours before your arrival date. Any cancellations made up to 72 hours will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one-night charge plus tax.  

IMPORTANT!  If hotel reservations are made for someone other than the credit cardholder, Kalahari requires a credit card authorization form.  You will not be able to check into the hotel without this pre-submitted application unless the cardholder is present at the time of check-in.  Please complete the credit card authorization form or tax exemption form (click links below) and send to Kalahari at pareservationssupport@kalahariresorts.com by no later than Tuesday, April 23.

All forms must be emailed to Kalahari at least two weeks in advance. The unsubmitted forms will not be accepted at check-in.
