4/24/23 Update: The single $189/night Kalahari rooms are sold out (for full, three-day stays; there are some single night rooms available at this rate); however, there are two bedroom/two bathroom suites available at the current hotel overnight rate plus taxes for any colleagues who may want to share a suite.

• One night’s deposit including tax is required by credit card for each room reservation.

• SAME CREDIT CARD REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN - Please use the credit card to make the reservation you will be using on site, as Kalahari requires the same card to be used. If making a group reservation on a corporate card, please complete and return the Credit Card Authorization form to Kalahari by no later than May 1: Click here for the required form.

• An individual name is required for every reservation, as room blocks are not permitted under one name or organization.

• Reserve at Kalahari by no later than Friday, April 14.

To modify or cancel to your reservation, please use the same link used to make your reservation. Click ‘manage existing reservations’ and enter your confirmation number. Changes/cancellations may be made without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a one-night charge plus tax.

As a courtesy, please reserve only rooms you need. The room block fills up quickly, due in part to some attendees initially booking more rooms than are needed. Thank you!
