TEAM BUILDING: TO BENEFIT CHARITY

NEW this year! Get your team together for a team-building exercise, for credits! Be sure to sign up for the two-hour team-building session to learn how to communicate effectively and build trust, which are essential keys to teamwork. This session will facilitate teamwork exercises for groups from each organization. These groups will be tasked with utilizing different problem-solving mechanisms to complete projects and puzzles. The exercises will provide the framework for effective communications skills within the team, methods for strengthening the relationship between team members and steps toward creating a more productive team. The result will benefit a local charity: Keystone Mission.LeadingAge PA will reach out to participants to coordinate teams closer to the May event.
