Continuing Education Credit
Certified Public Accountants: LeadingAge New York/FLTC is authorized by the NYS Education Department to award continuing professional education (CPE) credits to individuals who successfully complete coursework in the following subject areas: “Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Advisory Services and Specialized Knowledge and Applications.” This program offers up to 2 hours of continuing professional education (CPE) credit for certified public accountants (CPAs). Credit is awarded upon request via credit form and verification of the hours attended. Credit reports will be available on our website approximately 30 days following the program.
Licensed Nursing Home Administrators:
This program is sponsored by the Foundation for Long Term Care (FLTC). The FLTC is a certified sponsor of professional continuing education with the National Association of Boards of Examiners for Long Term Care Administrators (NAB). This program has been submitted for up to 6 hours of continuing education credit for nursing home administrators under its sponsor agreement with NAB/NCERS. State licensure boards, however, have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses. Credit is awarded upon request via credit form and verification of the hours attended. Attendance is reported directly to NAB within 30 days of the program. Certificates will be available via your NAB CE Registry.
Licensed Social Workers:
LeadingAge New York, Inc., SW CPE is recognized by the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) State Board for Social Work as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed social workers. This program offers up to 3.5 hours of continuing education for Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). Credit is awarded upon request via credit form and verification of the hours attended. Credit reports will be available on our website approximately 30 days following the program.

Please note: All persons seeking credit must complete a digital credit form and evaluation for each session they attend.
