The 2023 Annual Conference will be held at the Monterey Convention Center & Portola Hotel, located on One Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940 from May 1-3, 2023. |

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Monday, May 1, from 5:15 pm – 6:45 pm, and on Tuesday, May 2, from 12:00 pm-1:30 pm. |

Yes. If you register with five (5) or more attendees from the same provider organization, you will get a $50 discount per person. |

You can pre-select your CE sessions at the time you register for the conference. You will see all the CE courses that are being offered by day and time. Click on the session you want to register to reserve your spot. You are encouraged to select a session for each time slot. |
It is recommended that you select the sessions you intend to participate in so that you know when/where each session is located. Additionally, by selecting your sessions, it helps LAC staff ensure the meeting room is sufficient for the number of registrants. |
Yes. You can continue to make changes until April 3, 2023. To make any changes to your schedule, log into the Attendee Service Center (ASC) portal and select "Session Selection" on the left hand side of the Attendee Service Center homepage. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find your "Session Selection". On the right hand side, click the "Edit Session Selection" button. Make the necessary changes and click save. Please note that once you make your changes (by releasing/switching CE sessions, you may not be able to re-select the session if it is full). Make sure you are confident in your choice before making the change. |
If the session does reach max capacity, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you’ll be notified via email of the change. However, in the meantime, you will need to select another session. We encourage early registration to avoid running into this problem. |
You will get an email confirmation once you complete your conference registration with all the CE sessions you selected. However, you can also log in to the Attendee Service Center (ASC) portal at any time to view your schedule. |

In order to obtain credit, you must scan in and out of each of your selected sessions and be in attendance for the entire duration of the session. LAC staff will scan your badge upon entering/exiting the session room. Additionally, you will need to complete an evaluation survey for each session. Only when these two steps are completed, will you be awarded continuing education credit. |
To edit or add to your registration, log in to your Attendee Service Center (ASC) and click on Information Edit. You may edit either your profile or your continuing education session selection; however, you will not be able to make changes to your registration package or cancel your registration online. To make changes to your registration package, you must contact LeadingAge California staff at education@leadingageca.org. |
Registration fees are refundable, less a $150 processing fee, up until February 24, 2023. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after February 24, 2023. Registrations are transferable (within the same organization) until April 3, 2023. After April 3, transfers/substitutions will not be accepted. All cancelations must be made in to LeadingAge California via email at education@leadingageca.org before February 24, 2023. LeadingAge California is not responsible for issues beyond our control such as weather conditions, travel difficulties, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. |
Due to CDC guidelines regarding COVID, we will not be offering a spouse/guest pass for this conference. |

Yes. You will receive an email with instructions on how to download the Mobile App a couple of weeks before the conference dates. To ensure you don’t miss out on the notification, make sure to double check that your profile is updated. To view your conference profile, visit the Attendee Service Center (ASC) portal. |
