Exhibitor FAQs


The LeadingAge California Annual Conference & EXPO will be held from May 1-3, 2023. The Exhibit Hall will be open May 1 & 2, 2023.



Booths include the following furnishings: Two chairs, 6 ft skirted table, and wastebasket.
*Premier Business Partner dues start at $5,500. Please contact exhibits@leadingageca.org for more information.
Note: A late fee of $250 will be assessed for reservations made and or/paid after the January 6, 2023 deadline.
Booth registration deadline is April 7, 2023. 


No, each company must obtain their own separate booth. Booth sharing will not be permitted.

Your booth includes:

  • One 8’x8’ furnished exhibit booth that includes two (2) chairs, one (1) skirted 6ft table, and a wastebasket. 
  • Standard Booth identification sign showing your company name and booth number
  • Two (2) complimentary Trade Show / Full Conference Registration (continuing education credit eligible)
  • Three (3) hours of exclusive exhibit time
  • Access to pre- and post-meeting attendee mailing lists

  • Exhibitor Marketing Kit - resources to help promote your participation on your website, newsletters, calendars, social media and email signatures.
  • Early selection of next year's booth onsite (after Premier Business Partners)

The deadline to register to exhibit is April 7, 2023.

The Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) allows you to:

  • Pay outstanding balances
  • Register booth personnel
  • Access the Exhibitor Services Kit 
  • View invoices and print receipts
  • Mark your calendar with essential dates and discount deadlines
  • Upload or update your online company profile and description
  • Review and submit requests for sponsorships 


As an exhibitor, you receive two tradeshow badges that will also serve as full conference registrations. Exhibitors will have access to breakfast, lunch, and networking receptions during the conference. 


Each exhibit booth comes with 2 complimentary trade show/ full conference registrations. Additional representatives not included in the booth package will need to be registered through your online account. Additional exhibitors can be added for the discounted rate of $645. We do not offer 'EXPO Badges Only' at the moment.


Yes, the DeAnza Ballroom is carpeted. You can purchase special carpeting through our show decorator Alliance online through the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC).  


No, electricity must be ordered through the show decorator, Alliance. Visit your Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) portal online.  


Yes. Attendees who have opted to have their contact information (name, organization, address, email, and phone) shared with exhibitors will be sent out on Monday, April 17. A post-attendee list will go out the following Friday after the event is over.  


Exhibitor Registration will be located in the Monterey Convention Center lobby.

Registration opens on Monday, May 1 from 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

There is WiFi available in the Exhibit Hall for a charge determined by the A/V Company. We strongly encourage you to bring a WiFi and/or MiFi Hotspot device.
