• One (1) Document - Marketing material/brochure highlighting your product(s) and or  service(s)
• Two (2) Press Releases - Share the latest news about your company
• Two (2) Online Product Showcase - Engage attendees with detailed product descriptions w/ full color images

• Four (4) hours of dedicated exhibit time and up to 13 hours of exposure (entire duration of conference)
• Listing in Exhibitor Directory (on website, mobile app., and online guide)

Cancellation Policy: All requests for cancellation or reduction of virtual engagement must be made in writing to exhibits@leadingageca.org by August 7, 2020, and shall become effective upon receipt by LeadingAge California. No refunds for cancellations will be granted after August 7, 2020. LeadingAge California shall not be liable for any interest on the amount refunded.
