Affiliate Event Request Form


Thank you for considering an affiliate group meeting during the GSA 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM) in Tampa!  All affiliate group meeting space needs for the GSA 2023 ASM must be arranged through GSA’s Meetings Department. Meeting space is only available to individuals or organizations attending the conference.

GSA is not responsible for any financial obligations that result from your function(s) including audio-visual (AV), food and beverage, and special room set-up requests.

Space Guidelines

  1. A non-refundable fee of $475 is due to GSA for reservation of the space. After September 1, the space reservation fee will increase to $575.
  2. Expect to receive notification of your meeting’s scheduled date/time/room within 2 weeks of submitting your request.
  3. The Affiliate Group is responsible for all food & beverage and audio-visual costs associated with the meeting. You will work directly with the facility partners to organize your event and complete any necessary paperwork, including final payment for your requests. Once your event has been approved, GSA will introduce you to the facility partners via email. 
  4. Due to high demand for meeting space, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to schedule your meeting. If we are unable to meet your request, we will refund the fee and refer you to a nearby hotel that may be able to assist you. Changes or edits to your meeting dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
