2022 Affiliate Event Request Form

All Affiliate Group meeting space needs for the 2022 GSA Annual Scientific Meeting must be arranged through GSA’s Meetings Department. Meeting space is only available to individuals or organizations attending the conference.

GSA is not responsible for any financial obligations that result from your function(s) including audio-visual, food & beverage, special room set-up, etc.

Space Guidelines

  1. A non-refundable fee of $325 is due to GSA for reservation of the space. This fee is due upon submission of the space request form. After September 1, the space reservation fee will increase to $450.
  2. Expect to receive notification of your meeting’s scheduled date/time/room within 2 weeks of submitting your request.
  3. The Affiliate Group is responsible for all food & beverage and audio-visual costs associated with the meeting. You will work directly with the facility partners to complete any necessary paperwork AND to arrange final payment for your requests. GSA does not handle these arrangements.
  4. Due to high demand for meeting space, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to schedule your meeting. If we are unable to meet your request, we will refund the fee and refer you to a nearby hotel that may be able to assist you. Changes or edits to your meeting dates/times cannot be guaranteed.
