All Affiliate Group meeting space needs for the 2019 GSA Annual Scientific Meeting must be arranged through GSA’s Meetings Department. Meeting space is only available to individuals or organizations attending the conference. Forms must be received by July 12, 2019 in order to be included in the on site Program Book.
GSA is not responsible for any financial obligations that result from your function(s) including audio-visual, food & beverage, special room set-up, etc.
