Welcome!

Thank you for submitting a proposal for our 2024 CCSS Annual Conference. Please read below for important details regarding editing and submitting your abstract.

Please read the Proposal Submission Guide before submitting your abstract for required elements and FAQs. As part of this submission, you will be required to include a bio and headshot for the presenter and all co-presenters.

Important Dates & Deadlines:

Sept. 30, 2023, 11:59 pm - last day to submit or edit abstract
Oct. 20, 2023 - Acceptance notices sent
Dec. 15, 2023 - Presenters must register for the conference and confirm their intent to present

Important Reminders:
Adding Co-Presenter(s): Only one person needs to submit the proposal. Look for the prompt to add co-presenters on the Review Information page. You will need the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, Address, Bio, Headshot, Pronouns, & Job Information.
Edit and Save: Once you have submitted your final proposal, you will NOT have the option to edit your submission. Should you need time before submitting your final proposal, you will have the option to Save and Edit your content.
Login and Passcode: You will receive a confirmation email with your login and passcode details for the “Proposal Service Center” where you will have access to edit content and presenter information prior to submitting your final proposal.
