Welcome to the AVMA Staff Meeting Space Request Form! In order to secure your meeting space, including offices, council/committee meetings, press conferences, governance meetings or booth space (outside of the exhibit hall), please complete this online meeting space request for each event you would like to schedule during the AVMA Convention 2025, July 17-22 in Washington, DC.
After submission, you will be able to edit your request by logging into the Meeting Service Center. All space requests, menu selections and signage must be submitted by Wednesday, April 1, 2025.
*NOTE: Keep in mind that some yearly staff meetings have already been rolled over for 2025. Please log in to the Meeting Service Center and check if your meeting has been rolled over. If so, you can edit to add your food and beverage and audiovisual orders. If your meeting does not appear in the Meeting Service Center, please submit a new meeting space request form for your meeting.
