The American Veterinary Medical Association is excited to host the AVMA Convention 2025, July 18-22 in Washington, DC!
You are invited to meet in conjunction with AVMA Convention 2025. Meeting space is available for business meetings, luncheons, receptions and dinners. All guests of your event are invited to register for the AVMA Convention 2025. Housing and Registration will open in Spring 2025. Visit the AVMA Convention website to book within AVMA’s hotel block to receive the best rates.
No educational or scientific programming may be scheduled during the official AVMA educational program time block, listed below. Groups may provide educational programming on days prior to or after the AVMA convention dates or earlier or later on days when there is AVMA programming.
2025 AVMA CE HOURS: Friday, July 18 − 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday, July 19 − 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday, July 20 − 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday, July 21 − 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday, July 22 − 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Meeting space is limited and will be assigned on first-come, first-served, space-available basis.
While AVMA will do our best to provide complimentary space, we are unable to guarantee it.
AVMA does not influence or have control of hotel room rental fees, food and beverage minimums or audiovisual pricing.
You will receive a confirmation with contact information for the hotel once AVMA has assigned your space. Catering and Audiovisual pricing are linked within this form. You will be responsible for coordinating all event arrangements, including room setup, audiovisual, billing and catering.
To secure your meeting space, please complete this Meeting Space Request Form for each event your organization would like to schedule and submit by April 1, 2025.
