2025 Booth Pricing & Benefits

Exhibit booth pricing and details

Standard in-line space is $35.00 per square foot plus a $300 premium, per corner. A 10 x 10 inline booth is $3,500.
Island space is a flat rate of $40.00 per square foot. A 20 x 20 island is $16,000.
Non-commercial booths are a flat rate of $550 per 10 x 10

Commercial booths include

Prime location and priority booth selection
8' high back drape and 3' high side drape for in-line booths
One (1) 11" x 17" I.D. sign with company name and booth number for in-line booths
Four (4) exhibitor badges per 100 sq. ft. of exhibit space (additional badges available for $420)
CE credit available for all exhibitor badge holders

Pre-convention postal mailing list of registered attendees (If requested by pre-convention deadline of June 3^rd, 2025 in the exhibitor service center.) All requests will only be offered to exhibitors that have submitted their request and a marketing piece by the deadline.
1 Lead retrieval unit (when ordered in advance)*
Year-round listing on the AVMA Convention mobile app and website

Non-commercial booths include
