Exhibitor Service Center

Why Exhibit Virtually?

During this new normal, we want to allow you the opportunity to join with colleagues from across the profession and the world for three days of inspiration, education, engaging conversations and meaningful connections. We are expecting over 2,000 participants, with limited exhibit opportunities, which will allow your organization the opportunity to maximize your ROI, and keep in touch with new and potential clients.

AVMA Virtual Convention will take place on August 20 – 22, 2020.

What makes your virtual expo different?

  • SERVICE: Once on-board, you will have “white-glove” service from our virtual platform provider to walk you through how to best maximize your virtual booth, upload documents and resources, link out to website or pre-existing 3D virtual booths, and overall assistance and exhibitor webinars to help ensure this process is seamless!
  • TIME: Dedicated (1) hour of Exhibit Hall time, each day, including gamification and highlighting booth drivers, raffles and promotions to our attendees. The hall will be “open” during the convention hours, however unlike in a in-person booth, the staffing can be much less, more flexible and maximizes your time!
  • STAFF: You can have unlimited booth representatives available, and include their contact information
  • FACE-TO-FACE: You will have a live meeting room, where you can video-chat with attendees at your booth, and break-off into more individual 1:1s.
  • LIVE CHAT: Attendees can live chat with your team, it can also be used to make general announcements.
  • MORE INFO: During times when you are not at your booth, attendees can schedule time to meet/chat with you directly, or send a general request form.
  • DATA: You will receive attendee lead data for those that visited your booth , along with other valuable reports and metrics.

This is our first time navigating this space, so we will look to you, our partners, for feedback and suggestions on how to make the experience valuable to you and your team!

How do I sign up?

Spaces are limited to ensure maximum exposure and ROI.

Standard Virtual booths start at $500. Upgraded Booth opportunities include additional meeting rooms and marketing, available for an additional fee. Opportunities will be offered first come-first served, based on previous priority point levels.
Please contact exhibits@avma.org for more information.
