There's no better place to see the latest and most creative product releases than in the New Products Showcase. This showcase highlights new products introduced since last year’s show. The showcase is THE BEST WAY to ensure you see some of the most innovative products prior to the show and learn about the hottest industry trends, all in one place, making it an exciting and "must see" area. In order to make the New Products Showcase as visible and accessible as possible, the showcase is located between the WTCM Buyers Lounge and the Conference area of the show floor directly near the main entrance of the exhibition hall. The products in this listing and "on-site" do not represent all of the new products at the 27th Americas Food & Beverage Show, only those products from companies who are participating in the New Products Showcase program. Extra virgin olive oil
	In an area of more than 270 hectares, the company has more than 350.000 olive trees, exclusively of the Arbequina variety, from which it produce about 300.000 litres per year of an extremely high-quality golden yellow oil. It is possible to say that the oil from arbequina olive is similar to other oils produced by Mediterranean countries such as Italy and Greece. The flavour and aroma of the arbequina olive are unique; fashioned by nature, ripened by the sun. Once you try, it is impossible to remain indifferent to the taste. This oil is for those who enjoy exotic and sensual flavours. It has a very sweet and pleasant, with no trace of bitterness or acidic. Its aroma is reminiscent of forest and orchard fruits. The Hacienda Ortigosa extra virgin olive oil is fresh and goes very well with both fresh and cooked vegetables dishes, and grilled fish. The organoleptic properties of the arbequina oil make it ideal for salads, and for cooking and frying.
