What is New for 2023? Check Out the New Products Showcases...The 2023 New Products Showcase is your "road map" of what's new on the show floor. There's no better place to see the latest and most creative product releases than in the New Products Showcase. This showcase highlights new products introduced since last year’s show. The showcase is THE BEST WAY to ensure you see some of the most innovative products prior to the show and learn about the hottest industry trends, all in one place, making it an exciting and "must see" area. In order to make the New Products Showcase as visible and accessible as possible, the showcase is located between the WTCM Buyers Lounge and the Conference area of the show floor directly near the main entrance of the exhibition hall. The products in this listing and "on-site" do not represent all of the new products at the 27th Americas Food & Beverage Show, only those products from companies who are participating in the New Products Showcase program. El Jaral
Barcolobo El Jaral is the top wine of the winery, a blend of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Tempranillo and 33% Syrah, aged for 20 months in French new oak and another 24 months in bottle before is released to the market.
Tasting note | Deep ruby sometimes black, purple hues, clean, bright and glyceric. Intense ripe fruit, subtle aromas of wood, toffee, balsamic, mineral finish. Good body, sweet, well integrated wood, good taste, and better aftertaste. Each sip of Jaral is a natural treat in our mouth.

Lacrimae Rerum
Barcolobo Lacrimae Rerum, is a very interesting wine made of 100% Tempranillo grapes. The grapes are harvested in late August to make a fresh and not high in alcohol.
Tasting note | “Strawberry” color with violet and blue hue. Fruit aromas: acid strawberry and melon. Fresh and fruity with good natural acidity and carbonic spark

Victoria
Barcolobo Victoria is a blend of 70% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, all the varieties are vinified and aged separately. Aging take places during 12 months in French oak and after bottling is kept in the winery for 12 months at least.
Tasting notes: Beautiful and intense purple, with garnet rims, complex ripe fruit with aromas to thymes, licorices, broad and tasty, ripe tannins with glyceric well integrated, elegant. Consistent wine with a long aftertaste and easy to drink
