What is the pricing to attend?

All Premium Members receive complementary registration to attend. 
Accommodation Cost*: 
$750 per person per cabin. Rate includes taxes and fees. 
You can add a guest to your cabin for an additional $750. You will register for your cabin thru ASTA's registration for this event. 

Registration & Lodging includes:

  • Badge for the Premium Business Summit
  • 4 Nights in a Sea Terrace Cabin
  • Voyage Fare + Taxes & Fees
  • $300 Bar Tab per Cabin
  • $100 Sailor Loot per cabin

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancelled registration up until August 16th, 2024 will be refunded 100% of their registration fees. Any registration cancelled after August 17th, 2024 will be considered non-refundable. If you would like to find a replacement for your cabin, we can fulfill this request up to one week out from the event, October 9th, 2024. Your replacement must be within the same organization in order to attend our event.

I am bringing a non-industry guest. What activities can they participate in?

Our non-industry guests are welcome to attend the evening receptions and meet ups, including our dinner at Razzle Dazzle. However, due to space constraints, only our registered ASTA members can attend the educational sessions.

What is the dress code for this event?

During programming for this event, the dress code is business, while evening events are business casual.
