Ladies participating in the Women's Day Out should arrive this day. Your Women's Day registration includes the night of the 18th at the Westin. Hotel check in is 4:00 PM. Airport transfers provided for all attendees.

Looking to step up your golf game for our tournament? Join Josh for TPI assessments. The TPI screen is a gold movement assessment which looks at your capacity for functional movement, in order to diagnose any inefficient tendencies in your swing. The goal is to relate your movement and motor patterns to your golf swing- focusing on the direction you need to take to improve your swing mechanics.

For the assessment, feel free to wear golf clothes or workout clothes- please bring your golf clubs or just your 6 iron and Driver. This will not be a workout and should not be strenuous but feel free to bring water or a towel as you see fit.

9:00 AM - One hour group lesson on Ka'anapali Driving Range

Join us at the Ka'anapali Course Driving Range for our Welcome Reception. We'll have bites, sips, and dancing with our DJ. You can even warm up for the week by hitting a few glow in the dark balls!

Half our group will golf Kapalua Plantation Course and the other half will golf Ka'anapali Royal Course. (Groups will switch courses for the second day.) Golf Cart rentals included. Club rentals available.

Non-golfers can participate in a hosted itinerary provided by ASTA.

8:00am - 8:45am - Get your morning started with a private yoga session followed by a post workout treat. Yoga towels provided. Location: Aloha Pavilion Turf

11:00am - 2:00pm - Private Cabana Afternoon with drinks and bites .

Enjoy a relaxing evening on the water with Teralani’s Private Chartered Holo Holo Sunset Cocktail Sail. Sip on your choice of cocktail and savor our chef’s selection of appetizers. Watch the sun dip below the horizon and paint the sky with vibrant colors as we experience the magic of Maui at sunset on this unforgettable sail.

Pickup for the catamarans will be outside the Westin beach. You may walk directly to our meeting point where ASTA staff will help guide the path along the way.

Boarding will begin at 4:30pm for this event. Please be sure to complete your waiver that has been emailed to your prior to the event.

Spa appointments have been arranged between 9:00am - 11:30am. The ASTA team will confirm your time and service with you in advance.

Those participating in the Helicopter Tour should arrive at the Group Transfer location at 7:30am to transfer to the helicopter meeting point. The tour will begin at 9:15am.

1:00pm - Private Group Gourmet Luncheon for all participating in this day's activities, Tower Lanai
