Which airport should I fly into?

Edinburgh Airport (EDI). Transfers will take you to St Andrews from the Edinburgh airport on a scenic, one hour journey along the stunning Scottish coast. 

What is the host hotel?

All participating attendees will be staying at the Hotel Fairmont St. Andrews - Scotland. Your registration includes 3 nights accommodation. Check-in date: September 26th / Check out date: September 28th. Please do not book your rooms with the hotel. ASTA will book for you upon registration for the event. For those participating in the pre-day activities, check in will be September 25th. 
 

I’m a hosted golfer. What’s included in my registration?

As a hosted golfer, your registration includes the following:

• 3 Nights at the Fairmont St. Andrews
• Roundtrip Airport Transfers
• Golfing on Carnoustie Course (September 27) and Kingbarns (September 28). 
• Breakfasts at the Fairmont with Inspirational Speakers and Content
• 2 Days of Education and Networking with Industry Executives & Leaders
• All meals during the event

What is the dress code?

Appropriate golfing attire while on the course, smart/casual in the clubhouse. Business casual attire for all evening receptions and meals.

What is the weather like in St Andrews, Scotland in September?

You can expect average maximum temperatures to range from approximately 53°F to 38°F during the month of September. 

I'm sponsored guest attending the event. Can I bring a guest of my own?

Hosted Golfers (or sponsored guests) are each allowed to register one guest non-golfing guest for the event at a rate of $1,000 for shared accommodations, or $1,500 for their own room. Guests must be registered during the sponsored guests' registration process with total due at checkout.
