2015 AHP Social Media Video Contest – Official Rules

General Rules of Participation
•    All entries must be submitted through the online form by July 25, 2015.

•    Submissions of a single online video posted on a website or other social media site.
•    The URL for the video is part of the contest submission form.
•    Videos should be no longer than 5 minutes maximum length.

•    The submitting organization must have ownership or permission to use this video.
•    Submissions may be created by staff, volunteers, or others working on behalf of a current AHP member organization, however, all entries must be submitted by the current AHP member. (Any membership level may enter.)
•    AHP reserves the right to use any entry in materials produced. In addition, submissions may be used for internal or retail purposes for education and promotion. Please note: the original creator does not give up his/her rights to any submission—it simply means AHP can use any submissions as it sees fit.

Notification: Winners will be contacted via email during the last week of September 2015.

Prizes: The first-place winner will receive an  prize TBD

Recognition: The award for the winning entry will be announced at the AHP Annual International Conference  Orlando, FL, September 30-October 3, 2015. As well as featured in AHP Today, E-Connect and on the AHP website.
